1. Can I pick up the car at the airport? 
Our representative will be waiting for you at arrivals in the airport with an easily recognizable company sign. 

2. Is there any extra charge for picking up the car at the airport? 
From 8am-7pm: free of charge
From 7pm-23pm: €10
From 23pm-8am: €25 
Sundays and festive 08.00-23.00 10 euros 

If you prefer, you can take a taxi and we will bring the car to your hotel the following morning.

3. Can I rent a vehicle without a credit card? 
No. You must have a credit card and give the date of expiry when you make a booking. Once you are in Ibiza, you can settle the bill in cash if you like. 

4. How old must I be to rent a car? 
You must be at least 21 years old with at least 3 years driving experience to rent a car. To rent a motorbike, you do not have to be a certain age or have a certain amount of experience; you just need the suitable driving license. 

5. Must I have a license to be able to rent a motorbike? 
To rent a 50cc scooter, you just need a car driving license; however you must have driving experience. To rent a motorbike higher than 75cc, you must have an A1 or A2 driving license. 

6. What does the car insurance cover? 
The insurance covers third party damage, passengers, vehicle theft and damages to the rental vehicle except the deductibles, which range from between €200 and €700. If you drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the insurance does not cover any damages you may cause. The insurance also does not cover damages caused while the vehicle is being driven by an unauthorized person. 

7. Is there any extra charge for an additional driver? 
No. Up to 3 authorized persons may drive the vehicle. 

8. Is there any extra charge for canceling a booking? 
If you do not cancel the booking at least 48 hours in advance, there is a charge of one day's rental fee, according to the rates in force at the time. 

9. Does the insurance cover the loss of keys or objects stolen from the vehicle? 
You must pay for any lost keys and personal items stolen from the vehicle are not insured.
