Repairs
We carry out minor repair work in your property (eg changing taps, valves,
electrical work from meters etc). Repairs in the property are limited to a
timed period of 60 minutes per month for each repair. Any materials will be
charged separately.
Emergency service
· You can contact us out of business hours on an emergency number
· Emergency repairs will be carried out immediately if there is a danger
· Competent experts will be contacted and employed when necessary
· The client will be given a report
· Emergency service after 8pm and on Sundays and Holidays will be at
special rates.
