Small repairs, exterior care, garden maintenance, pool care, monitoring technical installations as well as the continual supervision of your property are only a small part of the function that our team carry out.

Control of technical installations:

· Control and maintenance of the whole site
· Supervision and control of contracted specialist companies and craftsmen
· Control of technical installations eg pool pump, air-conditioning unit, water filter installation (osmosis)
· Control of electrical equipment eg lighting, circuit breaker, security, timers, air-conditioning etc in the communal areas or in your property.
· Testing mechanical installations eg automatic door closers, locks, alarms, special security equipment etc in the communal areas or in your property
· Garage doors from a technical viewpoint, testing electrical or mechanical function
· Overseeing service contracts (Repsol, Ibiza GAS, GPS etc)
· Control and supply of fuel
· Control and supply of heating installations

Maintenance and repair work

· Inspection of sanitary installations in the communal area or in your property and the solving of minor problems
· Inspection of the waste water disposal (septic tank)

Repairs
We carry out minor repair work in your property (eg changing taps, valves, electrical work from meters etc). Repairs in the property are limited to a timed period of 60 minutes per month for each repair. Any materials will be charged separately.

Emergency service

· You can contact us out of business hours on an emergency  number
· Emergency repairs will be carried out immediately if there is a danger
· Competent experts will be contacted and employed when necessary
· The client will be given a report
· Emergency service after 8pm and on Sundays and Holidays will be at     special rates.
